In March 2018, Arcona Yachts production of new yachts was acquired by the owner of Najad AB.The Arcona Service Yard and Harbour was then reformed into Gustavsbergs Marincenter. They are based in Gustavsberg which is located on the island of Värmdö in Sweden’s Stockholm archipelago. The two companies still work in the same facilities with the same staff.

Najad Group AB, announced at the end of 2022 that they have bought Orust Yacht Service AB which is based in Henån on the island of Orust, Sweden. The acquisition includes land, the building and all facilities in the harbour with launching facilities, etc. A complete yard!
At the yard we can care for more than 300 sailing boats indoors – ideal for Swedish winter! The Service Yard share sacilities with our production yard where we build the Arcona 435 Mk II, 465 Mk II and 50.
