The Arcona team will be at the Pantaenius Bohusracet and 170Nm Swedish Championship in Double-handed Sailing, which starts in Uddevalla on 30th June.
This year, the Swedish championship in long-distance sailing will start just outside Arcona’s office on the Swedish west coast. About 100 boats will participate in this beautiful but tough regatta. A competition in sailing ability, seamanship, cooperation and endurance. You can choose to sail the Pantaenius Bohusracet or the Swedish Championship in Double-handed Sailing.
The 30-40 hour race starts inside the archipelago on the Swedish West coast then the yachts head south towards the famous Marstrand. The course then heads all the way up into Norway with the finish line in Smögen.
CEO, Urban Lagnéus, and Area Sales Manager, Magnus Lundgren, himself a former winner of this race, will help all Arcona sailors with tips and tricks for this regatta. Our rigger, Jussi Santonen, and our colleague, Sean Doherty, will help you with your rig on the afternoon of the 30th June.
All of the Arcona team will be available from 14:00 on 30th June at the Uddevalla harbour to start helping our mighty Arcona sailors prepare for this exciting event.
